    Full-time onsite with paid relocation: Join our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, as a Nurse Leader. This pivotal role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing and patient care functions. You'll need an active RN license, exemplary communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and support to the CNO, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff competency.
    • Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice across multiple units.
    • Assume 24/7 responsibility for designated areas.
    • Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

    Qualifications:
    Education:

    • Required: Associate degree in nursing with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or a BSN.
    • Preferred: MSN or master's in a healthcare-related field.

    Experience:

    • Required: Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.

    Certifications:

    • Required: Active RN license, CPR certification.
