Full-Time Onsite Position with Paid Relocation

$10,000 Bonus

Location: Oakmont/Fox Chapel, PA

Type: Full-Time Onsite

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week, day shifts
• Occasional on-call duty required

Travel Requirements:

• Local travel is necessary for this role.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospice care.
• At least 1 year of experience with any of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance.

Preferred:

• Candidates are encouraged to provide their RN license number.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently self-manage time and schedule.
• Ensure critical deadlines for charting are met.
• Provide direct support to patients in the Oakmont/Fox Chapel area and surrounding communities.
• Collaborate with team members to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
