This role involves providing leadership and guidance to the crew to meet production requirements efficiently in a lean manufacturing environment (ABS). Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this position ensures productivity, safety, quality, improved recovery, reliable delivery performance, and rapid problem-solving in a customer-centric environment. These goals are achieved using lean manufacturing principles, instructing and guiding employees towards target conditions. The results include waste elimination, secure flow, visual factory creation, and high levels of employee effort.

Our client seeks candidates with industrial maintenance and leadership experience, particularly in heavy manufacturing. Residential or commercial facility maintenance experience is not applicable. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, with rotations from days to nights every 2-3 months. Multiple openings are available at our client's Davenport Works rolling mill facility in Bettendorf, Iowa.
