ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR STAFF INTEGRATION

    • You will serve as the lead for staff integration across the TSC.
    • You will participate in all TSC Integrated Planning Teams (IPTs) and attends all Integrated Planning Review (IPRs) for the Center’s major programs, activities and events.
    • You will assess availability of resources to complete projects with cross-functional lines.
    • You will lead TSC Deputies Working Group (DDWG), the Center’s cross-center staff planning team.
    • You will perform or assist with special projects, as directed by the Director and Deputy Director.
    • You will coordinate comprehensively with TSC permanent, adjunct and visiting staff, other DoD and government organizations, and external entities, including academic, industry, interagency and international organizations.
    • You will assess the Center’s developmental roadmap, biennial plan and its components, the TSC long range calendar, comprehensive task list and other administrative documents, to achieve Center-wide cross -functionality and integration of programs.

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing administrative laws, policies, and regulations to evaluate and resolve program plans or objectives for effective and efficient program operations.

    Salary Clarification: GS-0301-14, salary range (step 1 - step 10) is $138,035 - $179,448 inclusive of locality pay (31.96%) plus cost of living allowance (COLA, currently 1.69% but subject to change).

    A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
