Being an Associate Admissions Director may take part in graduate school admissions and scholarship administrations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Associate Admissions Director typically reports to Chief Admissions Officer. The Associate Admissions Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Associate Admissions Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     NOW HIRING: Admissions Director

    Admissions Director Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for residents and their families.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, physicians, and other referral sources to facilitate smooth transitions into our facility.
    • Conduct pre-admission assessments to determine the appropriateness of potential residents for admission.
    • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the admission of new residents, including communication with nursing and support staff.
    • Provide information and assistance to families regarding the admission process, facility services, and resident care policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and insurance coverage related to admissions.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and promote the facility's services.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, including hospitals, physicians, and social service agencies.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
    • Participate in facility tours and orientation programs for new residents and their families.

    Admissions Director Qualifications:

    • High school diploma
    • Admissions experience in LTC/SNF required
    • May be required to work outside of normal working hours
