We are a low drama office with very low staff turnover and full schedules. We have as much OR block time available to you as you'd like in our own surgical clinic. You will be as busy as you want to be and make a very comfortable living as compensation is based on all procedures performed in the office, including x-rays, prophy, fluoride, seals, etc. We are a great fit for those that want to live close to mountain biking, skiing, hunting, boating/fishing, and miles of Black Hills hiking.

Qualifications:
Must enjoy working with children!
DMD/DDS degree
Unrestricted South Dakota Dental License
Board certification/pediatric dental residency completion preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments. Call is shared between the doctors.
Conduct thorough examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Set your schedule how you want.
Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene practices.
Foster a positive and comfortable experience for young patients.
