Basic purpose:
Under limited supervision, provide advocacy services to adults in both residential and non-residential settings.
Principle accountabilities:
- Assist clients with job readiness
- Assist clients with preparation to transition into housing
- Advocate for housing opportunities the 3 counties we serve.
- Audit client files to ensure proper documentation is current
- Facilitate support groups for victims
- Provide case management and crisis intervention to adults as needed
- Provide coverage for emergency shelter and 24 hour hotline
- Provide parent support as needed and per the Family support Specialist
- Prepare safety plans for adults and children
- Maintain accurate documentation per client and enter data into 2 database systems, as defined by agency
- Provides emergency transportation
- Preform any other duty requested by management
Job Position Open: Client Manager Annual Salary: $33,738.98 Daytime hours with weekend rotation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,738.98 per year
