As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective customers and assisting them in creating memorable product experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture customer relationships, instill trust and confidence, deliver educational product presentations, facilitate the enrollment process, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new customer relationships using a high degree of empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Provide retail customers with comprehensive product and service information, addressing questions and concerns with care and confidence.
• Assess customer preferences and needs, offering personalized product recommendations that emphasize product quality and brand identity.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by employing consultative sales techniques and active listening to establish genuine, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales team to identify and resolve issues, driving growth in the assigned market.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all available products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative, Retail Sales Associate, or in a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable in a people-oriented environment, skilled in building relationships with individuals of various personalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a bonus if you thrive while presenting in a group setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, energetic team.
• Possess a positive and approachable demeanor, combined with focus and determination in achieving results.
