Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Business typically reports to a Dean. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating training and development programs, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Duties:
- Manage and assist a team of office staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in our EHR system.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors and caller.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Verify client’s Medicaid, complete referral form, medical questionnaire, and schedule assessment appointment.
- Check emails and faxes daily and respond to or forward email appropriately.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain files in appropriate folders in Google Drive.
- Report to work on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with basic administrative functions and duties.
- Willingness to learn quickly about laws and regulations relating to privacy of health information.
- Strong Organizational and Communications abilities.
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks
