Associate Dean of Humanities jobs in American Fork, UT

Job Classification: Adjunct Faculty. Position may include day, evening, Salt Lake Center, or BYU Online.

Required Degree: MA required; PhD preferred.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: University level teaching of IHUM 101 - Introduction to the Humanities, IHUM 201 - Western Humanities I: Antiquity to Renaissance, and IHUM 202 - Western Humanities 2: Renaissance to the Present.

Duties/Expectations: Class lectures and presentations on IHUM 101/201/202 course material. Administer quizzes and exams, consult and advise students, grade exams and papers.

Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration. Must be willing to teach the course(s) in person, on campus.
