Associate Dean of Law jobs in Bergenfield, NJ

Song Law Firm has an opening for a litigation attorney at our New Jersey Headquarters to litigate cases in the New Jersey and New York area. This position is one that entails partnering with our clients to deliver the best possible results in pending litigation. (NY/NJ Bar must)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently and aggressively defend a full caseload of all ranges of litigation from inception through trial.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, independently develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients.
• Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions and briefs in support of legal strategies.
• Provide effective and timely information, legal advice and other services to clients on legal and factual issues.
• Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures.
• Complete the necessary steps to ensure prompt, efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases.
• Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations.

Qualifications

• A Minimum 3 years of litigation experience with demonstrable verdict experience.
• Extensive trial experience.
• Effective communication skills sufficient to evaluate cases, to represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations or administrative proceedings.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
