Associate Dean of Law assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of law. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Law provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Law typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Law typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. We are looking for a team player willing to learn and grow with our firm long term. You will be trained by a Senior Attorney in the area of Bankruptcy Law. You are expected to take ownership of client cases/files, including direct contact with clients and staff to make for a seamless transition for our clients through their case. All work is performed in an office environment or court room. This position requires reviewing documents, advising clients on how to protect assets, and appearing for 341 hearings. Your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also a big factor. We are a firm that collaborates and pitches in to help each other out.
General Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Proof of pending license with the State of Arizona is acceptable. Experience preferred but not necessary. Must live in Arizona.

· Answer client questions and help them through the filing process.

· Go over documents and petitions with clients (over the phone or in person).
- Review, Sign, and Electronically File Bankruptcy Petition, Statements, and Schedules.
