In this role, you'll have the opportunity to not only sell our services but also to connect with local businesses and support them in achieving their goals. Sales and Marketing:

• Reach out to potential clients and develop relationships through personalized outreach.
• Identify and pursue new marketing prospects to grow our client base.
• Craft and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Listen to the needs of potential clients and tailor our services to meet those needs.
• Share the story of Aligned by Design with authenticity and passion.
• Guide clients through the sales process with care and attention to detail.

Customer Success:

• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our clients.
• Welcome new clients with open arms, providing thorough onboarding and support.
• Keep in touch with clients regularly to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Address any client concerns or questions with empathy and understanding.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
• Act as a voice for our clients internally, advocating for their needs and feedback.
• Provide regular updates on client progress and success metrics.

• Do you love helping people and making meaningful connections?
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships over time.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
