Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and assist with product selection
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of product demonstrations and upselling techniques
