Now hiring full time associates for The UPS Stores. Looking to fill a couple of positions. Also possible peak season help needed. This is for the retail stores not the warehouse.

Weekends are also required. Apply in person at the Prescott Valley UPS Store location, next to Safeway. Monday thru Thursday 11am-3pmTraining will be in the Prescott Valley and Prescott locations. Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and assist with product selection
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of product demonstrations and upselling techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
