  • The Program Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing day to day operations of WHS outpatient case management programs. Overseeing and manage a team of case managers. Facilitating staff training, conducting routine staff meetings and group supervision. Onboarding of new staff members. Overseeing fiscal management of the program. Oversee administrative responsibilities including, policy and procedures, compliance, HIPPA, incident reports, staff performance reviews, staff performance, hiring, and payroll.

    Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with either degree being in behavioral health or human service preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years management experience or experience in which supervisory abilities have been demonstrated.

    5 years of experience working in a community behavioral healthcare setting.

    Must pass a CIB and DHHR background check.

    Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
