    Overview:
    A Brighter Future Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web/App/Form Developer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the digital infrastructure of our healthcare organization. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Web Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, user-friendly websites that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
    • Implement responsive designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
    • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless functionality.
    • Update and edit website content as needed to keep information accurate and relevant.

    Application Development:

    • Develop and deploy custom web and mobile applications to support operational and patient care needs.
    • Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
    • Test applications for functionality, performance, and security.

    Form Development:

    • Create and manage online forms for patient intake, employee onboarding, and other organizational needs.
    • Ensure forms are user-friendly, compliant with relevant regulations, and integrate with back-end systems.
    • Monitor form submissions and maintain data accuracy and security.

    Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to identify and implement digital solutions.
    • Train staff on using digital tools and platforms effectively.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for all digital platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices.
    • Manage hosting, domain registration, and server configurations.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3 years) as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar role.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
    • Expertise in back-end development using languages like Python, PHP, Node.js, or Ruby.
    • Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    • Knowledge of app development for iOS and Android platforms.
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices.
    • Proficiency in form-building tools such as JotForm, Google Forms, or custom solutions.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Certifications (Preferred):

    • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Mobile Web Specialist).
    • HIPAA certification or experience working in healthcare environments is a plus.
