FINANCE MANAGER
As Verde’s Finance Manager, you are responsible for overseeing a wide range of financial tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. This role ensures that all financial operations run efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. - Payroll Perfectionist: You’ll oversee all aspects of payroll, ensuring every step is executed flawlessly and on time—because everyone deserves a paycheck they can count on.
- Payroll Compliance Champion: You’ll review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Payroll Reporting Analyst: You’ll help prepare detailed payroll reports that offer valuable insights for management and regulatory purposes, because informed decisions make for a financially healthy organization.
- Accounts Payable Manager: You’ll ensure smooth vendor transactions, handling on-time payments, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies to maintain strong vendor relationships that keep the business running seamlessly.
- Accounts Receivable Sheriff: There’s a new sheriff in town and s/he is going to make sure we get paid. In this role, you’ll monitor incoming payments, manage customer accounts efficiently, and address overdue invoices professionally, because healthy cash flow is the lifeblood of any business!
- Financial Analyst: You’ll conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and foster financial stability.

Budget Forecaster: You’ll collaborate with departments to create realistic budgets and forecasts, guiding the organization's financial planning and ensuring resources are allocated wisely.
- Expense Analyst: You’ll monitor departmental expenses, pinpointing discrepancies, and explaining variances to maintain fiscal responsibility and help departments stay within budget.
- Compliance Officer: You’ll uphold financial policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining the organization's integrity and reputation.
- Reporting Rockstar: You’ll prepare comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis, providing stakeholders with a clear story of the organization's financial health and performance.
- Audit Support Specialist: You’ll provide necessary assistance during internal and external audits, ensuring a smooth audit process and accurate representation of financial data.
- Financial Project Coordinator: You’ll handle special financial projects with professionalism and expertise, addressing unique challenges and contributing to the organization's financial growth and stability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, payroll systems, accounting software, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work on cross-functional projects.
