F&I Manager

Primary responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a diverse and strong network of lending partners
• Ensure the dealership has a wide variety of finance and insurance products that will enhance the customers buying experience
• Sell products to customers to generate profit to hit dealership’s selling forecast
• Fund car deals efficiently
• Protect the dealership and its financial wellbeing by following compliance and privacy laws and any other federal and state laws that are applicable.

In addition, the Finance Manager will work alongside the General Sales Manager to recruit, train, and motivate Sales Consultants. This includes but is not limited to working with the Sales team to desk, close car deals, and complete delivery of vehicle to the customer.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years F&I experience
• 2 years Sales experience
• 3 years Customer Service experience with strong customer service skills
• Ability to coach and develop others
• Desire and willingness to learn and grow
• Hardworking
• Team player
• Flexibility regarding the duties asked and hours necessary to complete them
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Pay: $60,365.08 - $155,740.74 per year
