Position Overview: As a Finance Associate, you will be essential in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the financial health of our projects. You will work closely with project managers and executives, providing financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenses
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Provide financial reports and insights to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction
• Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
