Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Director, Human Resources, to partner with the Global Product & Technology (P&T) leveraged capability group within the Equipment Technology and Services (ET&S) business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building company culture, building organizational capability, strategic partnering with business leaders and supervisors, and helping people and businesses transform. This is a critical role with an opportunity to make significant and immediate impact, especially in helping with the building and optimization of these critical capabilities to advance the business vision, drive key strategies, and achieve desired results. You will serve as a key member of the ET&S HR leadership team, reporting to the VP of HR, for the ET&S business.
Location: This role will be based in Wichita, KS and is eligible for relocation assistance.
