**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Order Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.

**Duties:**

- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle from order entry to delivery

- Coordinate with production planning, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Utilize MRP systems to track orders and inventory levels

- Collaborate with plant management to optimize production schedules

- Work closely with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and resolve any supply chain issues

- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers

- Implement and maintain efficient order management procedures

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in order management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics

- Proficiency in using Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems

- Familiarity with production planning and demand forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
