Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Abbott Park, Illinois
Duration: 7 Month Assignment Possible Extension/Conversion
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Meeting Management including:
- Schedule Meeting invites
- Send meeting reminders
- Send pre- and post-meeting materials
- Track and communicate meeting deliverables
- Communicate status of meeting responses to the PMO team
Coordinate and Track Data
- Send follow-up reminders for deliverables
- Design and perform surveys using Microsoft Forms
- Collect data from stakeholders across Abbott, track data accuracy and completeness, analyze data with excel and PowerBI
Vendor Onboarding
- Work with Procurement on vendor set up and agreements
- Submit requests in Ariba for vendor set up
- Maintain supplier documentation
SharePoint Maintenance
- Organize documentation in SharePoint
- Ensure connections of data files and automated updates of PowerBI dashboards
Monitor shared mailbox
Required Skills
- Detail oriented
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ariba and PowerBI experience desired
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and management
- Ability to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day work
