Associate Store Manager jobs in Inkster, MI

We are seeking a Print Manager to join our team at The UPS Store. As a Print Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our printing services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their printing needs and provide them with quality print products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of all print jobs, including printing, finishing, and binding.
• Provide excellent customer service by working with customers to understand their printing needs and providing them with advice and guidance on the best print products and services for their requirements.
• Ensure that all print jobs are produced to a high standard of quality and delivered to customers on time.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the store has the necessary materials to complete print jobs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
• Train and mentor team members on printing procedures and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in printing, graphic design, or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a print production or related role.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation:

This position offers a small base salary plus a high commission on all print jobs generated. The commission structure is designed to reward Print Managers for their ability to generate new business and maintain excellent customer relationships.
