Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst at J. Skinner Baking plays a vital role in optimizing supply chain operations by analyzing customer demand, inventory trends, production schedules, and shipping performance. This data-driven role ensures inventory alignment, production efficiency, and reliable delivery performance, ultimately supporting customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions—including production, inventory management, logistics, customer service, sales, and management—to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Demand and Inventory Analytics:

Analyze historical order data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Monitor stock levels to balance customer needs and minimize excess inventory.

Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address potential supply issues proactively.
Production Planning Support:

Align production schedules with inventory needs and delivery timelines.

Shipping and Logistics Analysis:

Qualifications
Education and Experience (Preferred):
