Asst. Professor - Accounting teaches courses in the discipline area of accounting. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research in a specialized field. - AR unconditional waivers
- Invoice creation
- Billing projects on a weekly and monthly status
- Entering credit card payments
- Work-in-progress (WIP) billing
- Payment posting
- Reconciling change orders
- Aging review
- Pay applications
Qualifications
- 2 years of AR experience within the construction industry with at least 1 year of experience with AIA billing
- Strong Excel skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
