Mission:

The purpose of this job is to hire someone to cross-train and assist our Inventory Manager while learning critical functions and key duties as it relates to ACC’s Inventory movement.

This person should be reliable, trustworthy, professional and have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications Must Haves:

• Associates degree preferred
• 4 or more years experience in administrative data entry
• Basic mathematical skills
• Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, Google software programs.
• Be an effective communicator
• Ability to maneuver 55 gallon drums with assisted hand truck
• Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of data entries
• Excellent Attendance
• Have reliable transportation and be available during Inclement weather
• Able to lift 35 lbs.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

• Creating inventory batches.
• Managing customer samples.
• Purging inventory/samples quarterly.
• Physical inventory counts monthly.
• Assisting with lotting and managing incoming inventory.
• Weighing and disposition of inventory.
• Preparing shipping documents for outside inventory shipments.
• Corresponding with external smelters on outside inventory batches.
• Exchanging assay results and managing data in our software systems
• Maintaining spreadsheets of data analysis for Management review.
• Operating forklift.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
