This role entails overseeing operations as the Location Manager for AET's offices in both Dickinson and Williston, ND. The chosen candidate will have the option to select their preferred base location from Williston, Dickinson, or Bismarck, ND. *Please be aware that if stationed in Bismarck, ND, travel expectations may increase.
Job Summary
The Location Manager will oversee projects and mentor Engineers and Technicians and other location staff. This position is responsible for overall management of location services, including P & L responsibility. The manager will direct and execute project assignments including engineering analysis and report preparation, field exploration and laboratory services. Provide review of proposals and reports and ensure that commitments to clients are met. The location manager will be responsible for the mentoring and training of senior and junior professional and will engage in client relations and business development activities.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role will have direct responsible for the locations assigned, ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met by coaching and counseling associates, organizing and evaluating workflow and results along with implementing policies and procedures to support the team. Also, may provide work direction to field engineers, technicians, and drillers as needed.
