ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Team Lead to join our Community Development department in Springfield, MA. This professional will lead a team of talented civil engineers and support staff and work with other Projects Managers to assist in multidisciplinary projects lead by other groups.
The Team Lead will also oversee multi-faceted site development projects (including land development; urban infill and redevelopment; municipal infrastructure and community projects; green infrastructure; renewable energy; educational facilities; water and sewer infrastructure; climate resiliency adaptation; and more) from scoping, design, through permitting, and construction for private, municipal, and state agency clients.
