    Key Responsibilities

    1. Program Curriculum Development and Review:

    • Guide the ongoing development and enhancement of the program curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the mission of the university and the emerging trends in the field of study.
    • Regularly evaluate existing courses and syllabi, incorporating feedback from students, alumni, and industry experts to ensure continuous relevance and rigor.
    • Work closely with program faculty to identify objectives for student learning and outcomes, ensuring that course content and delivery methods are pedagogically sound and leverage the latest educational technologies.
    • Lead curriculum committees and workgroups within the program, fostering a collaborative approach to curriculum design and implementation that encourages innovation and interdisciplinary connections.

    4. Student Success and Advising:

    • Oversee the academic advising process for students within the program, ensuring they receive guidance and support in their educational journey.
