This position is located onsite in Willmar, MN on the beautiful MinnWest Technology Campus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business field; Master’s level degree highly desired
- 10 years of experience with a history of progressive growth and development in Human Resources functional roles
- 2 years of experience in a Sr. HR Leadership level role
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience working with and communicating in a diverse workplace with multiple locations highly desired
- Customer-service orientation; excellent communications skills; ability to interact effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
- Experience effectively working with a diverse workforce across multiple locations
- Strong and collaborative leadership style adept at cohesively leading employees in multiple different positions
- Lead the team through a Strengths-based, Servant Leadership approach
- Additionally, the ideal candidate will have high energy, be adaptable to change, enjoy fast work pace, live with honesty and integrity, and bring a sense of humor to our team
