Asst. Professor - Dentistry jobs in Bridgeport, CT

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team, and provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of dental procedures and techniques, as well as experience working with patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for chairside assistance during dental procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking patient x-rays, and providing patient education on proper oral hygiene. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist during procedures.
• Provide patient education and instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain patient records and charts.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Take impressions of teeth and mouth for study casts.
• Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
