Knutson Family Dentistry is seeking a Patient Coordinator that will also include receptionist responsibilities for our high quality, growing general dental practice in Vermillion, SD. REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be personable, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and enjoy working and meeting new people.

*Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor.

*High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Resume should demonstrate stable employment history.

*Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

*Goal-Oriented

***Experience in a dental office NOT required, but preferred. Will also accept great customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner.

*Maintains patient accounts by updating personal information.

*Assisting patients with completing necessary paperwork.

*Protect patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

*Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.

*Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage.

*Notate patient accounts.

*Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
