Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using various software tools
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to other departments as requested

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new computerized systems
