The UNC Asheville department of Atmospheric Sciences invites applications for teaching as an adjunct instructor. To apply, please submit a cover letter and curriculum vitae. The cover letter should discuss relevant teaching and/or professional experience, the fields or courses in which the applicant has interest in teaching, and expertise and credentials which would qualify the applicant to teach in Atmospheric Sciences. Doctorate or master's degree (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline) in Atmospheric Sciences or closely related field with prior teaching experience. Exceptions may be granted for candidates with exceptional professional and/or teaching experience.
