Prepare/type/file correspondence, pleadings, briefs, deeds etc. Open and maintain case files. Monitor deadlines. Schedule appointments. Greet clients with a positive attitude. Process mail. Answer phones and relay messages, as needed. Assist co-workers and attorneys, as needed.
English proficiency and computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Must be organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior legal secretarial experience or experience working in a law office setting is preferred; however, we will consider recent graduates and candidates willing to learn and motivated to succeed.
