Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. Law Firm Receptionist

  • Washington Law Center is a plaintiff's injury firm with offices throughout the state and we are currently looking to welcome our next team member as a receptionist in our Tukwila office.

    As a company we value our receptionists remarkably! This position is the first point of contact for our clients and many times the glue that holds the team together.

    Hours 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. $21-26/hr depending on experience.

    Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Greeting incoming clients/guests and answering incoming calls
    • Conference room scheduling, set up and clean up
    • Maintaining areas of the firm to be clean and organized
    • Reporting needed office supplies
    • Administrative work such as processing mail, assisting with tasks in client files, communicating documents to clients, scanning files, communicating potential new clients to attorneys, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of experience answering phones, preferred but not required
    • Professional demeanor, team-focused and self-starting individual
    • Exceptional customer service skills which will be used to communicate effectively to our clients and employees
    • Ability to take instruction, stay organized, follow-through on assigned tasks, identify potential issues and troubleshoot
    • Experience with computers and Microsoft office (outlook/excel/word)
    • Punctual and reliable
