We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. Ideal candiate will be a multi-instrumentalist, with experience in guitar and piano.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise all store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales by developing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize store performance
- Conduct shift management duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
