Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop and implement programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Manage program budgets and financial resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for program participants
- Monitor participant progress and make necessary adjustments to services as needed
- Provide administrative support, including record keeping, reporting, and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management or a related role
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and best practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
