S. States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. POSITION SUMMARY : Under the supervision and guidance of a physical therapist, carries out each assigned patient's established plan of care utilizing therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Completes documentation related to care provided, communicating to supervising therapist and team members on a timely basis.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy assistants. Licensed by the State of Texas required and must obtain AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program within 30 days of employment.

Must be able to commute between facilities in a timely manner. Must have a general knowledge of therapy skills and competencies.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship skills. Basic computer skills.
