Applied Physics Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations under the guidance of our current Senior Administrative personnel. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Provide general administrative support to the operation.

Skills:

- Proficient in Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment

- Made to Manage or other ERP software preferred
