Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Specialist to join our team. As a Rehab Specialist, you will work closely with patients to provide rehabilitation services and support their recovery process. Your role will involve assisting with therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, including range of motion exercises, strength training, and balance exercises
- Monitor and document patients' progress during rehabilitation sessions
- Provide guidance and support to patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by maintaining equipment and following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
