MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - One year experience providing administrative support.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical.

Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide administrative support for project manager / manager / director.
- Attending meeting to record minutes and notes.
- Schedule and track travel of management.
- Assist in processing of department billings, weekly time cards and invoice tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
