Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, knowledge preferred

Must have a valid NY DL

Must have or be able to get a valid New York Carry permit for a handgun, NYS Armed Guard License and NYS Armored Car Guard License

Having Cash-In-Transit Permit, law enforcement and/or military background or related professional driving experience preferred

ATM Armed Service Tech

Work directly with our operations manager, servicing ATMs for clients in Rochester NY

ATM Servicing First & Second Line

This position requires the technician to maintain the highest level of security and control at all times as well as a safe driving record.

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience and Education:

• 1 - 3 Years of ATM Servicing
• 1 -3 Years of Security Guard
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Must currently have and be able to maintain an active driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
• Heavy lifting required (50lbs )
• Individuals must be willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Must be able to attend and pass compliance trainings required by company, State and City
• Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability
• Demonstrate operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, good communications
• Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
• Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Win 10

Systems Knowledge:

• NCR
• Diebold
• Hyosung

Additional Requirements:

• Some remote network access required; company laptop provided
