Position Summary:
Braun Medical Inc. has an opening for a Corporate Counsel. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts, such as, supply agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, equipment purchase agreements, construction agreements, development agreements, license agreements, and data access/use agreements. The Corporate Counsel will also advise business partners on a wide variety of legal matters, such as strategic projects that advance the company’s strategy in digitalization. In this position, you will be part of a collaborative Legal team focused on transactional and transformative business dealings across the company. This role will report to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel responsible for the team.
