Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and research skills, as well as excellent legal drafting abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide accurate legal advice
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Attend client meetings and provide guidance on legal matters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' cases
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

Skills:
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to effectively argue cases in court
- Proficient in conducting thorough legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills
- Sound knowledge of legal administrative procedures
- Ability to negotiate favorable settlements for clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a similar role

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
