The Investment Management Associate Attorney will be responsible for processing large complex documents, managing transactions, and providing legal support in investment management and fund formation matters. Duties:Process large complex documents related to investment management and fund formation.Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.Communicate effectively and negotiate terms with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders.Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary to achieve project objectives.Provide legal counsel and support to clients in investment management, fund formation, and related areas.Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance issues affecting investment funds.Draft and review legal documents, including fund agreements, offering memoranda, and regulatory filings. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law required.Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills.3-7 years of experience in investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or related areas.A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications:License to practice law. Skills:Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in investment management.
