Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between closings
Ability to print and scan real estate loan packages up to 200 pages
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings out of office, while adhering to company, client and jurisdictional requirements
Be professional and engaging with clients while providing the legal expertise necessary to finalize property transactions, safeguard clients' interests, and ensure that all aspects of the closing process are in compliance with relevant South Carolina law and regulations governing real estate closings in this attorney state
