Auditing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Supports auditing teams with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing projects. Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require or be working towards a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to a manager. The Auditing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Auditing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description
- Part Time position - 2 days - weekends
- Saturday and Sunday 5:30am-1:30pm
- Customer service and courtesy skill is a must.
- Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Drive to different locations to assist as needed.
- Assist cashiers and give breaks.
- Collect tickets, reports and money from cashiers.
- Close locations, collect closing tickets from exit columns, close rolling gates.
- Make sure all equipment is working properly.
- Do re-sets and troubleshooting of equipment when needed.
- Assist customers as needed.
- Must be able to communicate in fluent English.
- Demonstrates knowledge of parking rules and regulations.
- Promotes public and work safety by maintaining a state of awareness of physical hazards and suspicious activity.
Job Qualifications:
- Self motivated individual, with a pleasant personality.
- Customer service and courtesy skill is a must
- Driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Capable to use current technology.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. ( /-)
- Safely operate and maintain company equipment
