Current Schedule is as follows:

Our schedule is 7, 12 hour shifts in a 14 day pay period. It’s a set schedule following the below noted pattern.

• Work Monday & Tuesday
• Off Wednesday & Thursday
• Work Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• Off Monday & Tuesday
• Work Wednesday & Thursday
• Off Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

The goal is to get to a 36 hour work week each week once fully staffed on Nights.

As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the direct supervision and management of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, ensuring exceptional care quality across all shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining required staffing levels, conducting multiple daily unit rounds, evaluating nursing care through personal observation and records review, and ensuring compliance with Kentucky Medicaid Long Term Care Regulations. You will also be responsible for ordering necessary equipment, providing staff training, conducting in-service sessions, mentoring new nurses, and managing internal investigations related to nursing personnel. Medication administration and conducting physical assessments and treatments as assigned are also key duties.

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse license.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening checks.
