A Night Auditor is responsible for making sure guests are fully satisfied with their stay to the best of their ability and maintain cleanliness held at the hotel's standards. A Night Auditor is responsible for hotel operations during the overnight shift hours, focusing on Front Desk operations, night audit and reports, breakfast prepatation, and hotel safety/security.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Welcome guests by greeting or answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

· Assist customers in making reservations in a timely, efficient, and professional manner

· Process guest check-in/check-out information, and guest payments correctly with minimum errors

· Assign rooms, suites, and/or keys to guests

· Provide guests with information and directions to local attractions, restaurants, etc. with out negative commentary about them

· Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area

· Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings as assigned

· Communicate to General Manager all occurrences involving staff/guests that require attention

· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

· Compete daily check lists and laundry duties

· Multitask and prioritize to complete job duties and tend to guests promptly

· Process wake-up calls

· Enforce quiet hours of the hotel

· Stock and prepare breakfast and housekeeping carts

· All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management.

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel on a continual basis

· Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 to 10 hours, including the use of stairs

· Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
